All intake calls, emails, messages and information gathered in course of therapy are confidential and stored securely except if there is a threat to your life or someone else’s life or there is suspected abuse of a child/ children. 

Client details are stored securely on practice software Halaxy, Novopsych, Novonote and other online formats.
